Behind The Parent Will is Jade, a Queensland solicitor who practises exclusively in Wills and Estates and has helped many families navigate the estate planning process. She saw how often parents delayed their Wills because the process felt formal, confusing, or hard to fit around real family life.
We intentionally focus on young families because becoming a parent often changes the questions that matter most.
I created The Parent Will because every parent deserves access to thoughtful legal guidance without feeling overwhelmed by the process. My goal is to make estate planning approachable and practical, so parents can move forward with confidence.
